Meet Our Doctors !

Dr. Crystal C. Murray:

Dr. Murray is excited about how well Country Valley Veterinary Clinic has been received by the community.  She continues to look forward to meeting your special pets.  Dr. Murray obtained her DVM (Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine) from Cornell University in 1996.  She lives with her husband and two wonderful children in Rotterdam, NY.  Dr. Murray is the proud caregiver to 2 dogs, 4 cats, several chickens and 1 horse.

When she isn't caring for your pets or her own, Dr. Murray enjoys hiking, horseback riding, bicycling, skiing, snowshoeing, reading, writing, and cooking.

Dr. Stacey Bunting:

Dr. Stacey Bunting comes to us from the Midwest. She is originally from southern Illinois and graduated from University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. While Dr. Bunting enjoys working with all animals, she has a particular fondness for pigs. She also loves the smush face breeds (pugs, bulldogs - she has one of each!).

Her promise to her patients - from pigs to pugs - is to deliver the best care possible and assist their owners in making the best decisions possible. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her husband and her funny crew of pets.

Dr. Matt Mink:

Dr Matt Mink is a southern transplant to the northeast - he is originally from southwest Virginia and grew up on a dairy farm. He graduated from veterinary school in 2010 from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine following Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Virginia Tech. Dr Mink practiced emergency medicine at several different specialty referral practices in Pennsylvania and North Carolina from 2012 until moving to New York and taking a job here at Country Valley in 2018.

Professionally, Dr Mink is interested in surgery, anesthesia, pain management, and challenging cases in general (a holdover from many years in emergency medicine). He lives in Schoharie county with his fiancé and German Shorthair pointer, Islay. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, sport shooting, reading, and cooking/baking.
